Ski Movie night at Brandon's

Last night was Ski Movie night.  It was fun to see folks there!  We watched the ski movies but mostly we just visited with one another.  Thanks to Brandon for hosting!

2017 Scramble Course Schedule Posted

The schedule for our venerable Backcountry Scramble Course has been posted.  The course has four evening sessions and three outings, including an attempt on a Cascades or Olympics summit.  Its a very fun course and a great intro to the Bushwhacker community.  If you or someone you know would like to venture off trail and learn some new skills, consider the Scramble Course.
2017 Leadership Course Schedule Posted

The schedule and other details for the Leadership Course has been posted.  The Leadership Course is open to graduates of the Scramble Course and the Glacier Course.  The course is challenging and fun so join us!

The 2017 Basic Glacier Climbing Course schedule has been posted.  The instructors are meeting and finalizing plans.  This will be a great course!
2017 Club Calendar is Ready

The 2017 Bushwhacker Club Calendar is now ready for order, just in time for Christmas.  Many club members submitted photos and the 'winners' are featured in the calendar.  For more information, ask Liz or refer to the club Facebook group for a link to order. 
Milkshake Madness a Success

Doug Y hosted Milkshake Madness, our 21st annual end-of-season party.  We had climbing photos from all over the North Cascades as well as some exotic locations like Greece and Argentina.  The blenders were shakin' and everyone had a good time.  Thanks to Said for running the technology side of things.  See you next year!
2016 - 2017 Board of Directors Session Begins

The new Board session has begun with a meeting September 8.  There was lively discussion and many plans are being made for the coming year.
