On September 28, Doxey did his first trad lead! On Icicle Canyon's EightMile Rock, Doxey put up the famous Classic Crack, 5.8. Here are some photos by Seth from above, and a couple by Mario on the ground.

I climbed it a couple weeks ago, placing gear while on top rope. I practiced a couple more times before the big moment, then with encouragement from my pals, I did it! Thanks everyone for indulging me! I love you guys! -Dox
