A sturdy group of Bushwhackers climbed to the summit of Mount Defiance by way of Mason Lake yesterday. Chris K. organized the outing, which included Doug Y., Doug H., Steve H., and David P. It was breezy up there and the snow surface was wind-scoured. It wasn't an easy climb, but the team made it to the top and safely returned.

Bushwhacker Pub Night, December 14, was fun. We shifted the Pub Night to the Tractor Tavern to join Second Ascent's Tenth Anniversary party. Bushwhackers in attendance were Ian, Doxey, Doug, Carla, Joe, Lisa, Adam and Chad. It was a great party! Remember, the club's Pub Night is held the second Wednesday of every month. The club's Board of Directors met on Wednesday night December 7. We had a great time and covered a lot of material. The Board meets on the first Wednesday of every month. If you have business for the Board, please let us know.
