New banner images for the site

I have given a new banner to the website for springtime. Philip Smith, a great climber, instructor, artist and friend, captured the familiar scene from camp during the Bushwhacker Basic Glacier Climbing Course. The title image was submitted by glacier course graduate and videographer Robert Chrestensen. Thanks to you both! smile.gif
