We met Sunday at the trail head. Dave May gave me your email address. Our conversation has not stopped rattling around in my brain since then. It has always been my worst fear running the class. I've had the feeling that if I had driven through the intersection 5 minutes earlier I would have been the one to have been hit by the truck. I would like to express mine and the Washington Alpine Club's condolences. If there is any way we can support you at this time let us know. I hope you find the strength to continue the activities of the club. It would be a real loss to the community if you didn't. Once again, you and your club are in our thoughts.
